Virginia Governor Will Endorse Obama

Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine will likely make an announcement this Saturday that he will be endorsing Barack Obama in his bid for the Democratic Nomination.

Barack Obama will be in Richmond this Saturday night, to give the keynote address at the Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner. Over 3000 people have paid $250 to attend the sold out event.

Kaine has said that he would make an announcement soon on the issue of endorsement, but also said that Saturday was going to be a great day.

Obama campaigned for Kaine in his race to be Governor, and was also in Virginia to help Jim Webb defeat George Allen for the Senate in last year's mid terms.
